Uses: Optimist Dagger Board retainer. ILCA Hiking Strap Retainer (1000mm) - hold the Hiking Strap up from the cockpit floor. ILCA Outhaul - take the slack out of the system while making it more responsive. Tie a properly adjusted length of shockcord between the clew grommet and the unused boom outhaul cleat. Optimist - tie bailers and paddle into the boat.
