120cm of glide tape making 4 self-adhesive glide strips ( 30cm x 18mm x 1 mm each). These strips can be stuck to the top and the bottom of the case and minimize play and friction between the daggerboard and its case.
Having a daggerboard which is moving around within the daggerboard case is one of the biggest 'speed reducers' you can find on the boat. Not only does it slow you down, it also has the potential of damaging your hull. Sticking this strips of glide tape to your daggerboard case will help prevent these from happening.
