ILCA Mast Top Plug - Alloy Top Section

ILCA mast top plug / boom end plug - Fitted onto the top of the top section of the alloy ILCA Top Section to protect it and the sail from damage. This is also the same plug which is fitted to the aft end of the ILCA Boom.

These fittings can fall out of the top section or the boom from time to time, so when replacing them, they can be fit with rivets to ensure they get held in the spar section. 

Due to the nature of the ILCA class rules, the boom and the top section must have these end caps attached, and you will not be allowed to compete in major ILCA regattas without them.
